The National Environment Agency (NEA) has issued its weather forecast for Georgia covering the period of March 21 to 23.
According to meteorologists, unsettled conditions with intermittent precipitation are expected to persist across the country over the coming days.
“Tbilisi: Spells of rain are forecast. Daytime temperatures will reach +15 to +17°C.
Coastal regions (Batumi, Kobuleti, Anaklia, Poti): Scattered showers in places. Daytime temperatures will reach +15 to +17°C.
Lowland areas of western Georgia (Zestaponi, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Zugdidi, Martvili, Ozurgeti): Rain in places. Daytime temperatures will reach +19 to +21°C.
Upland areas of western Georgia (Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri, Shovi, Chiatura, Sachkhere, Khulo, Rikoti Pass): Rain in places. Daytime temperatures will reach +16 to +18°C.
High-mountain areas of western Georgia (Mestia, Bakhmarо): Precipitation expected in places. Daytime temperatures will reach +13 to +15°C.
Kartli (Rustavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Gori, Tskhinvali): Rain in places. Daytime temperatures will reach +17 to +19°C.
Kakheti (Sagarejo, Telavi, Gurjaani, Sighnaghi, Lagodekhi, Kvareli, Akhmeta, Dedoplistskaro): Rain in places. Daytime temperatures will reach +17 to +19°C.
Upland areas of eastern Georgia (Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Tianeti, Pasanauri): Rain in places. Daytime temperatures will reach +15 to +17°C.
High-mountain areas of eastern Georgia (Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, Omalo): Precipitation expected in places. Daytime temperatures will reach +9 to +11°C,” reads the forecast of the National Environment Agency of Georgia.
