Interior Minister holds working meeting with Criminal Police Department officials

Georgian Minister of Internal Affairs, Geka Geladze, alongside Deputy Minister Roland Meskhi, convened a working session with senior officials of the Criminal Police Department.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the gathering focused on evaluating police efforts in combating illegal drug trafficking and distribution.

The discussion centred on current and forthcoming initiatives to tackle organised crime, trafficking, and cybercrime, particularly in light of recent high-profile cases and the detention of numerous suspects.

Minister Geka Geladze praised the officers of the Criminal Police Department for their dedicated and effective work.
