Interim Investigation Commission to hold first session tomorrow

The first sitting of the Interim Investigation Commission into murder case of Khorava Street, a bloody conflict among teenagers on December 1, 2017 that claimed lives of two juveniles, will be held tomorrow, during which the members will adopt the statute of the Commission, – Sergi Kapanadze, Chair of Interim Investigation Commission made this statement after the meeting with the Public Defender Nino Lomjaria.

According to him the statute of the Commission will be approved at the Bureau sitting on June 13.

“Tomorrow I will meet with Zaza Saralidze and his lawyer. Also, the first sitting will be held tomorrow, where the commission will adopt the statute. On Monday, the bureau should approve the regulation and the commission will be fully authorized to start work, “- said Sergi Kapanadze.

It temporary investigative commission has already requested case materials from all relevant agencies.
