Sometimes I think that there is no help for this country, – His Holiness and Beatitude, Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II said at the meeting with the clergy of Mtskheta-Tbilisi Eparchy and psychologists. The increased aggression in young people was the main issue of discussion.

As Patriarch said, a lot of negative events occurred in recent years in which youth was involved. He noted that he would like to arrange several meetings to discuss how to help people.

“You know many negative events happen. Youth is involved in it. How we can explain the hate? – Some people think that there is a difficult social situation, but I think there is something more powerful. I want to arrange a few meetings and discuss how to help people. First of all, we should strengthen our prayers and we ask psychologists to express your opinion about it. I sometimes think that the there is no help for this country. It looks like a stone rolling down the mountain that can not be stopped. I want our psychologists to hold talks. You, I and others have to take an active part in it,” – the Patriarch said.
