Gov't to present reforms, tangible achievements honorably to EU bodies in December, Culture Minister says
Culture Minister Tea Tsulukiani believes the Georgian government will present reforms and tangible achievements “honorably” to European bodies in December.
Tsulukiani claims “the Parliament, more specifically, the majority and only a few opposition figures, worked intensively on the implementation of 12 recommendations.”
“This is how the Georgian Dream government was loyal to the European choice of the Georgian nation. Beyond that, it is up to the European Union to correct, in my personal opinion, the injustice of granting one type of status to Moldova and Ukraine and a slightly lower-rank status to Georgia.
As for the United National Movement and other destructive opposition, they ignored the European Council’s recommendations to work with the ruling team on the 12 points,” she added.
