The Georgian government initiates new tax reforms – Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili stated during the governmental sitting.
According to PM, the new reforms will give ‘additional oxygen’ to small entrepreneurs. The initiatives are presented by Finance Ministry. The reforms envisage tax liberalization, reduction of bureaucratic procedures and ensuring economic growth.
“Production of local products will be promoted especially in the regions where there is expectation of natural products for example in new hotels and trade centers in mountainous regions. This is European practice,” PM stated.
Kvirikashvili said that the initiatives aim at making Georgia financial center in the region.
