Girchi-More Freedom party leader claims he has original methods of revolution, listens to no one
“I have my own original methods of organizing a revolution and will listen to no one,” said Zurab Japaridze, leader of the Girchi-More Freedom party.
After meeting with Johan Forssell, the Swedish Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, Japaridze said that it was emphasized that Georgia might encounter difficulties on its path towards EU integration if the law on transparency of foreign influence is passed.
“The discussion highlighted that the adoption of the Russia Law would cause issues for Georgia beyond the failure to commence negotiations on EU accession. We heard clear messages. The Minister conveyed the attitude of other European countries that Georgia will have problems on the EU integration path if the law is passed. He was also interested in plans, how we see the process, when is the third reading, and overriding veto. We also spoke about nine steps, problems in the judiciary, and elections. I join all rallies, which are held every evening. I have my own original methods of organizing a revolution and will listen to no one,” he said.
