Giorgi Pataridze to head Special Penitentiary Service

Georgian Minister of Justice Paata Salia appointed Giorgi Pataridze as Head of the Special Penitentiary Service.

According to the Ministry of Justice, Giorgi Pataridze is an experienced candidate with a background of working both in public and private agencies, including in the Justice Ministry’s system.

Giorgi Pataridze served as Deputy Minister of IDPs, Labor, Health and Social Affairs prior to appointment as Head of the Special Penitentiary Service.
