Giorgi Kvirikashvili – Unification of Georgia is the main mission of our generation, government

“From now on, Georgian people enjoy sovereign rights and Georgia is an independent state reads the words in the Act of Independence of May 26, 1918,” – Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili opened the governmental sitting with these words.

PM congratulated Georgian people on Independence Day and wished Georgia to become a member of European family.

According to Kvirikashvili Mat 26 will be celebrated in the whole world and about 200 activities were planned in different countries. He said that president of European Commission and presidents of 6 countries would arrive in Tbilisi on this solemn occasion.

“We have great work ahead. Unification of Georgia is the main mission of our generation, government and we will achieve that goal step by step,” Kvirikashvili stated.
