GeoStat: Georgia’s foreign trade in goods grows by 9.1% in January–September

According to preliminary data from the National Statistics Office (GeoStat), Georgia’s foreign trade in goods (excluding undeclared trade) for the period January to September 2025 reached USD 18,545.0 million, marking a 9.1 per cent increase compared to the same period last year.

Of this total, exports reached USD 5,151.3 million, representing a 7.7% rise. Imports amounted to USD 13,393.6 million, a 9.7% increase.

The trade deficit for January to September 2025 was USD 8,242.3 million, 44.4% of the total foreign trade turnover.
