According to the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GeoStat), during January-March 2026, the ten largest trading partners accounted for 71.6% of Georgia’s total exports. Among the top three export destinations, China ranked first with exports valued at USD 203.2 million, followed by Kyrgyzstan with USD 190.9 million, and Russia in third place with USD 145.5 million.

During the reporting period, the ten largest sourcing countries accounted for 70.2% of Georgia’s total imports. The top three import partners were Turkey, with USD 657.3 million; Russia, with USD 592.5 million; and China, with USD 487.6 million.

Furthermore, according to the Ministry’s report, in January-March 2026, among the top ten export commodity groups, light vehicles led with USD 364.5 million, representing 21.1% of all exports. Oil and oil products ranked second with USD 208.1 million, while precious metal ores and concentrates were third, amounting to USD 169.9 million.

The largest import commodity group during this period was light vehicles, with imports valued at USD 632.2 million, accounting for 15.3% of total imports. Oil and oil products ranked second, with imports valued at USD 338.6 million, while petroleum gases and other gaseous hydrocarbons were third, amounting to USD 204.1 million.
