Georgia’s FM meets Hungarian counterpart within UNESCO General Conference
Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili met with Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Peter Szijjártó, on the occasion of the UNESCO General Conference.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the ministers discussed the key aspects of the strategic partnership between Georgia and Hungary.
“The two sides explored relations with the European Union. Maka Botchorishvili expressed her gratitude to her Hungarian counterpart for Hungary’s strong support and highlighted the importance of ongoing dialogue among partners regarding Georgia’s European integration journey.
They also addressed current regional developments.
Finally, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to active cooperation across various fields to further develop and deepen their bilateral relations,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
