Georgian Rugby Team to face South Africa

The Georgian National Rugby Team “Borjghalosnebi” will face the world acting champion team from South Africa “Springboks” (colloquially the Boks, Bokke) in the 2025 summer last test-match on July 19.

The match will kick off at 19.10 Tbilisi time.

Since November 11, 2024, South Africa has been the unchanged leader of the world ranking. It currently has 92.78 points and is 1.06 points ahead of second-placed New Zealand (91.72).

“Borjghalosnebi” faced South Africa twice, first in 2003 in Sydney and in 2021 in Pretoria. Georgia was defeated both times.
