The Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, said: “we will have to live with coronavirus for a while and the citizens should adjust to it.”
Georgian PM stressed the importance of following safety guidelines and also reopening Georgia’s economy.
“We need to learn to follow the basic rules of safety, which will allow us to develop the country economically, to keep jobs and receive guests, to develop tourism. Of course, it will not be easy to put up with the social distance, wearing face masks, work remotely, but we will have to do so. This is the only opportunity under which we can make Georgia one of the first countries to re-open tourism slowly and very carefuly,” Georgian PM said today.
