The Georgian government plans to increase pensions in 2019-2020 – Mamuka Bakhtadze, candidate for post of Prime Minister stated during his speech at an extraordinary sitting of the parliament.
Bakhtadze claimed that the government would continue carrying out of social programs and activities for improvement of life conditions facing people with limited physical capabilities, elderly and socially vulnerable children.
The lawmakers will express confidence to the new membership of the government and governmental program during an extraordinary session of the parliament today.
The governmental program “Freedom, Welfare, Rapid Development” was presented to the parliament on June 18. Membership of the government was also presented that day. The parliament listened to ministerial candidates on June 19.
