Georgian Embassy in Spain calls on Georgian citizens in Spain to follow the local government’s recommendations in combating forest fires.

According to the statement released by the Embassy, the Spanish Minister of Internal Affairs issued a high-level alert.

“The Spanish Internal Affairs declared a high-level emergency in several regions, including Galicia, Castile and León and Extremadura. Please, be careful and avoid fire zones, follow the local government’s recommendations, and in case of need, dial the hotline number operating at the Georgian embassy: +34691387221 or emergency number 112,” reads the statement.
