Georgian Dream will present its majoritarian candidates for Tbilisi Municipality today at the party’s central office.

According to the party’s press service, the event will begin at 21:00.

“Media will be provided with a direct broadcast signal by the party’s press service. Media will be admitted to the event with special passes, which will be issued on-site upon presentation of appropriate press credentials. A specific area will be designated for media, and movement will be restricted during the event. Following the conclusion of the event, comments will be made in a specially arranged press corner,” the party’s press service states.

For the record, Georgian Dream officially nominated Kakha Kaladze as its candidate for Tbilisi mayor on July 31.

Georgia’s local self-government elections will be held on October 4 of this year.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
