Georgian Ambassador to France presents letters of credence to French President
Georgian Ambassador Plenipotentiary to France, Irakli Kurashvili, presented letters of credence to French President Emmanuel Macron.
According to the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ambassador and President of France reviewed prospects to further deepen cooperation between Georgia and France.
“Emmanuel Macron reiterated support for Georgia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty and the country’s European integration aspirations. The geostrategic role of Georgia and the importance of ensuring peace and stability in the Black Sea region were emphasized.
The President of France wished the newly appointed Ambassador success in his future endeavors. Irakli Kuprashvili expressed readiness to enhance partnership with France on behalf of the Georgian government,” said the Foreign Ministry.
