George Soros says Trump is a 'temporary phenomenon'

Donald Trump is a “temporary phenomenon, hopefully ending in November,” Billionaire George Soros told Italy’s La Repubblica in an interview.

Soros noted that Trump “remains very dangerous” as “he will do anything to stay in power.”

“Even in the United States, a swindler like Trump can be elected president and undermine democracy from within. But the U.S. has a great tradition of checks, balances and rules. And above all you have the Constitution. Therefore, I am confident that Trump is a temporary phenomenon, hopefully ending in November,” said Soros.
