GD's Gorduladze: Nobody remembers ruling team's any anti-Georgian decision since 2011

“Starting 2011, nobody would be able to recall any Russian or anti-Georgian decision made by the Georgian Dream party,” said Archil Gorduladze, a member of the ruling GD party.

According to Gorduladze, both in Georgia and abroad, individuals are “attached labels” and then asked to “justify themselves.”

“Individuals and a political force, which acts against the interests of the Deep State, become the object of attack and are usually attached to Russian or pro-Russian labels at the instruction of the Deep State. The same occurred in the case of the Georgian Dream. However, since 2011, no one has been able to recall any Russian or anti-Georgian decision made by the Georgian Dream government.

In response, the parliament has adopted measures during the current session to counteract the ill-wishers of our country. Such campaigns are ongoing worldwide, not limited to Georgia. Often, individuals are unjustly labelled, only to be subsequently called upon to justify themselves.

We see that the former president was carrying out all of this against the Trump administration, at the instruction of the Deep State. There is an international scandal in the U.S. where the former president is to be questioned, and the issue of responsibility against various individuals may also arise,” he said.
