“On October 4, we must all unite to demonstrate that nothing can deter the will of the people. Only then can we, through new parliamentary elections, truly steer our country back onto its rightful European course,” declared Tamar Kekenadze, a member of the Gakharia for Georgia party, in a message on social media.

As Kekenadze emphasised, “the next crucial stage in the fight for a European future is the municipal elections.”

“The citizens of Moldova have voted for Europe! Yesterday’s parliamentary elections proved that neither pressure, disinformation, nor pro-Russian forces can halt the will of the people. Moldova has chosen a European future.

Georgia led this movement; our efforts helped strengthen the European orientation in the region. However, the Georgian Dream regime has stalled this progress. If we wish to swiftly return to a European future, the next vital step is the municipal elections.

On October 4, we must all stand together to show that nothing can suppress the people’s will. Following this, through new parliamentary elections, we will finally restore our country’s true European path,” Tamar Kekenadze affirmed.
