Omar Nishnianidze, Professor of Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University and former MP, built a ship and intends to set it to sail in the Rioni River on May 31.

The ship “Argo” will be brought from Poti Port to Kutaisi and its crew members will enliven Kolkheti History and the myth of Argonauts.

Nishnianidze will give the ship as a present to the Argonauts Museum. Former MP expressed the idea about building a port on the Rioni River in 2013 that caused his criticism by the public.
