Foreign Ministry released statement on 45th round of Geneva International Negotiations

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the 45th round of internationally mediated Geneva Negotiations, the special emphasis was made on ensuring the effective operation of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM), the issues regarding the execution of justice on the murders of Archil Tatunashvili, Giga Ovoszori and Davit Basharuli were raised.

Georgian Foreign Ministry has released a statement about the 45th round of the Geneva International Negotiations.

According to the information released by the state agency, co-chairs and participants evaluated the Geneva talks, which have been going for over 10 years.

According to the statement, the representatives of US, EUMM and Georgia noted that the Russian Federation roughly violates ceasefire agreement of 12 August 2008 and urged Moscow to fully fulfill international obligations, including the withdrawal of occupation forces from Georgia.
