For Georgia’s Parulava: While details of U.S. delegation remain unclear, increased international representation in Georgia is highly encouraging

“Regarding the specific visit that the leaders of the Georgian Dream are discussing, we do not yet know who is arriving or what issues this visit pertains to. Therefore, I am unable to offer any preliminary assessments,” said MP Giga Parulava, a member of the Gakharia for Georgia party.

Parulava commented about the anticipated visit of an American delegation to Georgia in April.

“When we have the details, we will be in a position to make appropriate assessments. As for delegations from the United States, the more that are represented and the more frequently they visit, the better; this is in our country’s interests, and we welcome it. Although Georgian Dream discusses the potential to reset relations with the United States, we have yet to see any tangible results that bring real benefits to the country. So, let’s wait and see. The more frequent the visits of delegations, the more it aligns with our national interests, and naturally, this is a positive development,” Giga Parulava stated.
