Finance Minister to participate in annual meetings of IMF, WB

Georgian Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili will participate in the 2026 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group, which will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, from October 12 to October 18.

Lasha Khutsishvili will hold meetings with Finance Ministers of the Caucasus and Central Asian countries, Presidents of Central Banks and the Deputy Managing Director at the IMF, Bo LI. He will engage in the round-table meeting organized by the IMF and the WB Constituency meeting.

Meetings with representatives of international finance institutions, donor organizations and rating and investment companies are also scheduled.

Deputy Finance Minister Ekaterine Guntsadze will participate in meetings of the International Monetary Fund’s Caucasus, Central Asia, and Mongolia Regional Capacity Development Center (CCAMTAC) and the International Development Association (IDA).
