Finance Minister meets UN Resident Coordinator in Georgia
Georgian Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili met the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Georgia, Didier Trebucq.
According to the Finance Ministry, the sides reviewed cooperation issues outlined within the 2026-2030 Framework Agreement between the UN and Georgia.
The Finance Minister familiarized the guest with the country’s macroeconomic and fiscal parameters. He focused on the implemented and scheduled projects in support of the country’s sustainable development.
Deputy Finance Minister Ekaterine Guntsadze, UN Resident Representative Douglas Webb, UN Women Country Representative to Georgia Kaori Ishikawa, and Development Coordination Officer and Economist in the Office of the UN Resident Coordinator in Georgia Erik Andermo, attended the meeting.
