Figure skating: Nika Egadze to perform short program, Metelkina-Berulava Pair to contest free skate at World Championships #1TVSPORT

The World Figure Skating Championships are underway in Prague, Czech Republic. Nika Egadze will compete on March 26, while the pair of Anastasia Metelkina and Luka Berulava will also take to the ice.

Reigning European champion Nika Egadze will perform his short programme. He is in the strongest sixth group and will skate as number 31. The men’s competition begins at 14:30 Tbilisi time.

Olympic silver medallists Metelkina and Berulava, who scored 79.45 points in the short program, currently sit in second place. They will perform their free skate today, as number 19, with the pairs’ segment starting at 21:15 Tbilisi time.
