Fact of illegal selling of psychotropic medicines revealed in Tbilisi and Gori

The employees of Anti-Corruption Agency of the State Security Service revealed facts of fact of illegal selling of psychotropic medicines without prescription at 15 pharmacy facilities located in Tbilisi and Gori, – Giorgi Kurdadze, the representative of State Security Service made the regarding statement at a briefing held today.

According State Security Service, investigative activities were conducted during the last few months in order to reveal drug abuse facts in pharmacy shops.

As a result of the search, a large amount of hidden psychotropic drugs have been found. Investigation into the case is underway.
