European Council President to visit Georgia

President of the European Council Charles Michel will visit Georgia, Ukraine, and Moldova on February 28-March 3.

Charles Michel will begin his visit from Moldova’s capital Chișinău where he meets President Maia Sandu.

In Georgia, the President of the European Council will meet President Salome Zourabichvili, Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili, and Parliament Speaker Archil Talakvadze.

Charles Michel will also visit the Administrative Border Line and hold a meeting with the Georgian opposition representatives.

The President of the European Council will then leave for Kyiv, Ukraine. He will meet President Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss EU-Ukraine relations.
