Deputy US Ambassador to Georgia Elizabeth Rood says that the US and Georgia will continue deepening of bilateral relations in all directions in the following months.
In an interview with Georgian First Channel, Rood said that the US had many projects to help Georgia’s inclusive and sustainable economy to grow.
“The memorandum, which was signed on the sidelines of strategic partnership meeting in Washington, is a good basis for future work, especially in direction of trade and economic cooperation.
Deputy US Ambassador said that Anaklia deepwater port was an important project with American investments. She also reiterated that it was the sovereign right of Georgia to choose partners.
