Education Ministry develops new education goals after public discussions

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia has developed a new draft of the national goals for general education. This draft was formed into a final version through extensive public discussions and the involvement of school community members, according to a report from the Ministry.

According to the Ministry, public discussions on the draft were actively held over several weeks.

“These national goals will guide improvements to education programs, resources, and the school environment, ensuring the achievement of the objectives set for schools,” the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth stated.
