Deputy Foreign Minister – Georgian Embassies are in constant contact with Georgian citizens in countries where coronavirus is detected
The Georgian Embassies are regularly collecting the information about the condition of Georgian citizens in different countries where coronavirus is detected – Aleksandre Ghvtisiashvili, Deputy Foreign Minister said.
According to Ghvtisiashvili, Georgia’s Foreign Ministry is actively involved in the work of Coordination Council set up at the order of Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia.
“The embassies are in constant contact with Georgian citizens in those countries where the state of emergency is declared. A hotline is functioning through which Georgian citizens can obtain the information and corresponding recommendations,” Deputy Foreign Minister said.
