Medicines – “Medformin”, “Glimepiride” and “Gliclazide” will be sold at half price,- Davit Sergeenko, Georgia’s Minister of Health, Labor, and Social Affairs said today.

As Sergeenko explained, the above mentioned drugs are for the patients who have type 2 diabetes.

Medicines – “Medformin”, “Glimepiride” and “Gliclazide” will be sold at half price from today. The population of Georgia spent 10 million on these medications in a year. Those 3 medicines will be cheaper for the pensioners, because government plans to subsidise them — Sergeenko stated.
