I am sure our people will vote for peaceful and reliable and European future, – Davit Bakradze, presidential candidate of oppositional European Georgia Party, told reporters after casting his ballot.
As Bakradze noted, the society needs changes, better and reliable future. “I am very optimistic and in good spirits. I think the public needs changes, better and reliable tomorrow, and Georgia’s future to be peaceful, without any confrontation. So I am sure our people, our voters will vote for peace and European future. This is what we all want in Georgia. This is a better future for Georgia. I believe that everybody will come and make their choice in favor of a better future,” Bakradze said.
As for the questions related to the second round, the presidential candidate says there is a high probability of holding the second round.
“Of course, the second round is possible and furthermore, there is a high probability of the second round. Let’s wait…I am fighting for victory. The task is to win; the task is ensuring the country’s progress. The goal is to improve the country’s life through peace,” Bakradze said.
