Damaged areas of Ananuri complex will be closed for tourists

At the decision of Nikoloz Antidze, Director General of National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation the most damaged areas and places of Ananuri complex will be closed for tourists. Beka Baramidze, Head of Public Relations Department of the Agency told the Georgian First Channel.

According to him, Nikoloz Antidze will visit Ananuri Monastery Complex tomorrow.

Members of the Sakdrisi Protection Committee requested the introduction of regulations for tourists on the territory of Ananuri monastery complex. According to them, the fence of Ananuri monastery complex is damaged.
