A corridor has been established from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi to the Sioni Cathedral in honor of Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II.

Members of the Georgian Defense Forces stand along the route holding flags.

Ilia II will be laid to rest today. The funeral procession will depart from the Trinity Cathedral at 3 p.m. and continue on foot toward Sioni Cathedral.
