Clectronic ID cards will be issued at penitentiary institutions

Under the initiative of the Minister of Justice Tea Tsulukiani, convicts in penitentiary institutions will receive only electronic IDs, as paper ID card are no longer issued.

According to the Ministry, the accused persons and convicts will receive electronic IDs (ID) free of charge.
