Businessman Levan Vasadze to hold meeting in Zugdidi
Businessman Levan Vashadze, who intends to come to Georgian politics, held a meeting in Zugdidi, western Georgia. He learnt about the problems that locals face and shared his viewpoints.
Levan Vasadze denied the allegations that he was a “project” of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili when addressing the locals.
Journalists asked Vasadze if he planned to participate in the upcoming local self-governance elections in the autumn.
“Participation in the local elections is the matter of tactics. This is a secondary issue. The main thing is to change the country’s structure,” Vasadze told journalists.
Businessman Levan Vasadze announced on May 6 that he decided to enter politics. Vasadze’s public movement is called Unity, Identity, Hope, which will transform into a political party in the future.
