Locals discovered burial site during the land cultivation in Agmamadlo village of Marneuli district.
According to the journalist of First Channel, representatives of the National Agency for Cultural Heritage Protection are on the site and studying of the site is underway.
According to specialists, the tomb is made from stone tiles and presumably dates back to the middle ages.
In the nearest days, the land works will be temporarily suspended. Archaeologists will open the tomb and start studying.
