Bulgaria wins 2026 Eurovision

Bulgaria won the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest (ESC). Dara with the song “Bangaranga” received 516 points through the votes summed from the jury and the audience.

Thus, Bulgaria won the right to host the next year’s Eurovision.

Georgia’s national jury gave 12 points to France, with Monroe as its representative.

Thirty-five countries participated in the 2026 ESC.

The following 10 countries advanced to the final from the first semi-final: Greece, Finland, Belgium, Sweden, Moldova, Israel, Serbia, Croatia, Lithuania, and Poland.

Ten countries from the second semi-final secured their place in the final: Bulgaria, Ukraine, Norway, Australia, Romania, Malta, Cyprus, Albania, Denmark, and the Czech Republic.

Georgia’s contenders, group “Bzikebi” with their song On Replay performed on stage number 6 in the first semi-final on May 12 but was disqualified from the race.

A total of 25 countries competed in the Eurovision 2026 final.Ten nations that qualified from the first semi-final were joined by the ten qualifiers from the second semi-final. Additionally, the ‘Big Four’ countries, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, and France, along with the host country, Austria, which automatically secured their spots in the final, performed on stage.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2026 was the 70th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. Consisting of two semi-finals on 12 and 14 May and the grand final on 16 May 2026, it was held at Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, Austria. Moroccanoil was the official Presenting Partner of the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest.
