Video footage of incident that took place at Rustaveli Metro

Teona Managadze, journalist of Georgia First Channel witnessed the incident at Rustaveli metro where two men were physically assaulted. The journalist shot the incident with the phone camera.

The journalist was questioned at the police station.

As a reminder, two young men were physically and verbally assaulted at the Rustaveli subway in Tbilisi yesterday.

“A Georgian man should not wear earrings” – young men, who were probably musicians, were confronted with these words.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched an investigation into the incident.
