Ukrainian Boeing plane crashes in Iran, 180 people dead 

The Ukraine International Airlines Boeing 737 crashed two minutes after taking off from Imam Khomeini International Airport in Tehran, killing all passengers and crew, Iranian media reports.

180 passengers were on board.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said efforts were being made to establish the circumstances of the crash and the death toll.

“My sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of all passengers and crew,” Zelensky said in a statement.
