PM – Government will extend terms of responsibilities to Anaklia Development Consortium

The government will extend terms of responsibilities to Anaklia Development Consortium, and the issue will be discussed at the nearest sitting of Cabinet of Ministers – Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze said in an interview with “Imedi” TV Company.

According to PM, a dialog and communication will continue so that the Consortium meets its taken commitments and the project is carried out.

“Anaklia Port has a big importance. I met with the management of SSA Marine Company, which is a participant of the Consortium, in Seattle, and we are interested in having strong American companies presented in the project. This project has our full support,” Bakhtadze said.
