Number of int'l visits up 424.4% in Georgia in January 2022

In January 2022, 177,072 international visits have been carried out to Georgia, showing a 424.4% increase compared to the same period of last year, the Georgian National Tourism Administration announced on Monday.

Statistics show that 86,734 visits were made by land, 89,044 by air, 809 by rail and 485 by sea.

  2. Russia – 28,381 visitors
  3. Georgia (non-resident) – 22,119 visitors
  4. Armenia – 19,606 visitors
  5. Ukraine – 12,631 visitors
  6. Israel – 8,240 visitors
  7. Azerbaijan – 7,221 visitors
  8. Kazakhstan – 4,552 visitors
  9. Saudi Arabia – 4,439 visitors
  10. Iran – 4,083 visitors
