Georgia reports 3 697 new coronavirus cases, 2 409 recoveries

Georgia has reported 3 697 new coronavirus cases – Berdia Sichinava, Deputy Head of the Task Force operating at Inter-Agency Coordination Council stated at a briefing held at the Government Administration.

The 2 409 patients recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours. The 38 more patients died of the virus in the country.

At this stage, there are 18,336 active cases of infection in the country.

The total number of confirmed cases is 93 092. The number of recovered patients reached 73 877. The virus-related death toll stands at 853.

The 2 186 people are in quarantine spaces,5 833 continue treatment at hospitals and 3 518 at COVID hotels.
