Facebook down in many countries

Facebook is down in many countries according to Down Detector portal including in Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, France, US, Canada, and other 32 countries.
Social network Instagram is also working with impediments. The reason for the large-scale shutdown is not known yet.
