All three new COVID-19 cases are imported, two are truck drivers

Marina Ezugbaia, Medical Director of Tbilisi Hospital of Infectious Diseases Hospital, said that all the 3 new coronavirus cases revealed in Georgia are imported and two of them are truck drivers.

Ezugbaia noted that the rate of recoveries is 82% in the country. There are 241 patients placed at Covid Centers.

Georgia reported 3 new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infected people to 1216, according to National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health.

Two more patients recovered from the novel virus in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of recovered patients up to 996.
