ეროვნული უსაფრთხოების საკითხებში აშშ-ის პრეზიდენტის მრჩეველი ჯეიკ სალივანი საქართველოში არსებულ ვითარებასთან დაკავშირებით „ტვიტერში“ წერს და მოუწოდებს მხარეებს, დაუბრუნდნენ მოლაპარაკებებს ქართული დემოკრატიის მხარდასაჭერად.
„როგორც სახელმწიფო დეპარტამენტის პრესსპიკერმა თქვა, ჩვენ შეშფოთებული ვართ ნიკა მელიას დაკავების გამო და მოვუწოდებთ ყველა მხარეს, თავი აარიდონ ესკალაციას, დაუბრუნდნენ მოლაპარაკებებს ქართული დემოკრატიის მხარდასაჭერად“, – წერს აშშ-ის პრეზიდენტის, ჯო ბაიდენის მრჩეველი.
