WizzAir to implement Kutaisi-Bratislava durect flight from January 12

Starting January 12, 2026, a new European route will be added to Kutaisi International Airport, and passengers will have the opportunity to travel to the Slovak capital, Bratislava, by a direct flight, the Union of Georgian Airports announced.

The low-cost Hungarian WizzAir company will operate the Kutaisi-Bratislava direct flight 4 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays with Airbus A321neo plane.

Bratislava is one of the significant hubs in central Europe. The new flight will be an additional cultural and tourist opportunity for Georgian travellers, both for recreation and cultural-historical discoveries.

Wizz Air operates from Kutaisi International Airport to 23 destinations in 12 countries.
