Washington Mayor congratulates Georgia, declares May 26 Georgian Independence Day

The mayor of the U.S. capital, Washington, D.C., Muriel Bowser, congratulates Georgia on Independence Day, the Embassy of Georgia in the United States reported.
The Embassy stated that, by the mayor’s decision, May 26 has been declared Georgian Independence Day in Washington D.C.
The Embassy also published the official document signed by Mayor Bowser.
